AEFF Round 9 Deadline

 

The AEFF Programme has now closed after the final deadline for funding passed. The Round 9 deadline for projects was set as being Friday 25th April, this proved to be a very popular round with a number of applications being submitted.

 

AEFF Round 8 Deadline

 

The AEFF Programme has been extended by a further 6 months to provide FLAG areas the opportunity to commit remaining funds. Aberdeenshire have a remaining original budget of £190,000 with access to a further £200,000 if required.

 

The Round 8 deadline for projects is 21st February 2014. All potential project ideas are invited to submit an Expression of Interest and once fit/eligibility has been confirmed the AEFF Co-ordinator will issue the full application form.

AEFF Round 7 Deadline 

 

The Round 7 deadline for projects is 18th October 2013. All potential project ideas are invited to submit an Expression of Interest and once fit/eligibility has been confirmed the AEFF Co-ordinator will issue the full application form.

Community Engagement events on European Funding – May 2012

 

Three community seminars were held in May 2012 to explore the potential for funding in Aberdeenshire’s rural and fisheries communities. Attendees had the opportunity to hear presentations from the LEADER Project Officer and the AEFF Co-ordinator on what the programmes objectives are the, type of projects they are looking for, and how to ensure funding success for communities. One to one sessions with both officers were available at the seminars.

 

All seminars were from 6-8pm ; the first at Inverbervie Burgh Hall on Thursday 24th May 2012. Port Erroll Hall hosted the second seminar on Wednesday 30th May 2012 with the final event held at Banff Castle on Thursday 31st May 2012.

AEFF Launch – 30th March 2012

 

The Aberdeenshire European Fisheries Fund (AEFF) Programme formally launched on Friday 30th March 2012 at Banff and Buchan College, Fraserburgh from 1pm – 3.30pm.

 

 

All were welcome to attend.

 

The afternoon will provided an overview of the AEFF programme in Aberdeenshire and provide examples for successful diversification projects within Scotland and the EU.
